Weekend Timeline

Friday, August 16th:

11:00 – 1:00 pm: 
ARRIVE at Camp and participate in camp activities!
Shuttle will pick you up from parking lot near entrance, give you a tour of camp, and assist you to your campsite where you will be greeted by your camp counselors.

Lunch (11:00 – 1:00 pm):
Keeping it simple! PB & J + chips + fresh fruit “brown bag lunch.” Water station in Activity Center will also be available.
Welcome to bring lunch in with you for this meal.

12:00 – 4:30 pm:
CAMP ACTIVITIES – Plan out your afternoon!
CHALLENGE: Engage in our private Facebook group to make new connections and plan to meet at camp and do an activity with a stranger or group of new faces!
NOTE:  you will receive a map upon arrival at camp. Hiking trails all throughout camp to take shortcuts from one activity to another.

Horseback riding
Ride times:
12:00 pm (peak campers)
1:30 pm (base + tent campers)
3:00 pm (base + tent campers)
You will get a chance to sign up online before camp.
NOTE: There is an extra $25 charge for this 1.5-hour trail ride

Kayak/Canoe on Flint Lake:
Open to all, first come first serve

Zip-lining:
12:00 – 3:00 pm

High Ropes Course:
Course times:
1:00 pm (base + tent campers)
2:30 pm (base + tent campers)
You will get a chance to sign up online before camp.
NOTE: There is an extra $25 charge for this 1.5-hour elite course

DIY Space:
Located in the Waterfront Lodge:
make lanyards, luggage tags, smudge sticks (by alma), + vision boards.
This space will be open all weekend as well. Come at your leisure during any downtime you are able to make for yourself and enjoy this space and the lakefront views!

3 to 5 images per person that will be sent out in a group link after camp where you can retrieve professional images.

All gather for Happy Hour on Main Lodge outdoor lawn
Fire pit lit, live music by musician Angela Meyer, group ice breaker activities, & sangria.

DINNER served! Buffet style: full menu to be announced

2018 camper and opening speaker Stacey Johnson takes the stage
She will set the weekend intent over a beautiful dinner while also recognizing all RETURNING campers from 2018!

Lodging

A-frame open-air rustic cabins (each sleeps 4)

Want to request a bunk-mate? When you sign up, your email confirmation will include a short survey where you can request a sleeping buddy. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Your assigned lodging area will have a total of 8 a-frame cabins, a gathering shelter (½ enclosed, ½ exposed to nature) with picnic tables, and an enclosed building with 3 toilet stalls & sinks. Showers are available at two different locations on camp: the old lodge + the new lodge. Both will be open for your use.

Packing List

Look forward to some happy mail! Weekend campers will receive a packing list delivered to their physical mailbox in the weeks leading up to Camp Climb.
