Natalie Franke is a photographer, educator, community builder, and one of the Founders of the Rising Tide. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, she studied Visual Studies with a focus on Visual Neuroscience and the Psychology of Seeing. Left brain meets right, she’s a science nerd running on equal parts coffee & entrepreneurship.

Natalie currently lives in San Francisco with her husband and serves as the Head of Community for Honeybook and Rising Tide—leading a team of world changers in the pursuit of empowering the creative economy.

The SimplyBe Agency helps its international client base in becoming recognized industry experts and thought leaders. She speaks and facilitates workshops and global masterminds, teaching the power of personal branding to corporations such as Heineken USA, Red Bull, Chicago Tribune, Virgin and BBMC Mortgage Bank.

A serial entrepreneur, she founded, Chicago’s leading lifestyle magazine for women for seven years strong, reaching 100,000 readers locally and partnered with over 100 national brands as clients.

Kathleen Shannon is the founder and creative director at Braid Creative, a branding agency for creative entrepreneurs and purpose-driven organizations. Kathleen also hosts the Being Boss Podcast with her business bestie Emily Thompson. Being Boss a podcast for creative entrepreneurs with over 6 million downloads.

Kathleen Shannon is the author of Being Boss: Take Control of Your Work and Live Life on Your Own Terms, published by Running Press in April 2018 and available anywhere books are sold. Kathleen currently lives in Detroit, Michigan with her husband and their son Fox.

Stacey Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and earned her masters in marriage and family therapy through Southern Nazarene University in 2011. Her continued training includes certification in experiential therapy and the Daring Way curriculum to help women develop shame resilience and transformative courage. Her life passion is to inspire women purposefully through one central value, the foundation of her work: “What she does flows out of who she believes she is.”

Stacey is a life-speaker, entrepreneur, hope-slinger, and adventure seeker! She owns her private counseling practice, The Purple Couch, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where she leads individual and group counseling as well as co-leads couples counseling with her husband. Throughout the year, Stacey hosts mindfulness workshops and powerful therapeutic retreats for women, couples and teen girls. In 2014, she founded Single Space, a community of encouragement for single women that meets across chapters in 3 cities every year. She also owns and teaches at Studio 7, a creative, judgment-free dance studio inspiring children and adults of all styles and levels to dance their best life! Stacey is the creator and life speaker on The Girly Bliss show, a weekly podcast providing inspiration and hope for women.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Stacey now resides in Edmond, Oklahoma with her husband and family. Her greatest accomplishment and joy in life is their 8 amazing children, 6 of which are adopted miracles!



Born and raised in a single-parent home in Charleston, WV, Amber attended Point Park University where she received an MFA in musical theater. She moved to New York City to pursue her passion of acting, ultimately working on Broadway and touring with the musical Mamma Mia. In 2009, she left the world of theater and earned an MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. She founded two flourishing businesses as a professional coach, speaker and facilitator—bodyheart and Fierce Loving.

Amber has a thriving coaching practice where she serves a wide range of individuals, and also creates and facilitates her own coaching groups for body, business and life. She takes a stand for freedom and choice, and supports her clients in living a life beyond their wildest dreams.

Located in Los Angeles, Amber lives with her husband (she’s a newlywed!) and two rescue pups.
